Movie version she loses, comics version she wins. But if you remove the intangibility of kizaru you have to take away one of her ability too.

I know she is supposed to be op but she never looked that impressive to me. So I'll stick to my first post, movie version she gets low diff, comic version she wins but I have a feeling that all out kizaru stands a chance.

Round 1: Kizaru wins this. Doesn´t see anything in the movie that would realy help against him
Round 2: Captain Marvel wins, and it doesn´t matter if Kizaru is intangable or not, since she can absorb mostly all type of energy. With Intang, Kizaru would be absorbed, without Intang she claps him with one attack.

Kizaru shoots the movie version but definitely not the comic version. Their powerlevels are on an entirely different league; not to mention that Capt Marvel has hax in which she can easily beat Kizaru anyway.
