So we know Chopper has always hated being irrelevant. We can look at his bounty gags and what not.....

We see Udon, that he is still suffering from it....

However this is beggining to change with his whole matchup against Queen.....

Everyone is cheering him on. And now they are sorry for calling him Racoon Dog. Now what would they possibly call him ?

This is possible foreshadowing for future acknowledgement and taking on Queen.

Commander Chopper who runs the Brachio Tank, or in this case Queen. He'll be rewarded with acknowledgement for either taking down Queen or helping in taking down. And we all know how much Chopper loves acknowledgement...

Commander Chopper could be the new God Usopp.

If not Chopper displayed a recent feat that is on commander level let alone becoming a "commander" lol. Sorrowfully it's crystal clear it was most likely PIS.
