Nothing new in the databook. The manga already given us the truth, that Marco was OK sending Vista to deal with Mihawk (the guy who fanboys claimed to be stronger than Shanks lol).
The Databook that says Mihawk is waiting for someone stronger than Shanks also mentioned Shanks is already Yonko before he meet Luffy in East Blue lol, which is debunked in the Manga.
Never follow or 100% believe Databook to be canon. Oda doesn't even write the databook (although he is the supervisor). Manga is written by Oda himself, there is no contradiction. Manga>>>>Databook, Novel, Mangazine or any other external sources.
When you guys think Vjump written by Oda's own editor is false/fake/ not canon but think Databook are canon which is also not written by Oda, i don't know what urges you to ignore the other while accepting the other lol. Both of them are the same thing. If you say Vjump is not canon then you should also say Databook aren't canon too and vice versa.
At the end avoid all these and follow only Manga information.

Was corrected in the Databook as well. That's why Databooks are perhaps even > Manga, cause they can be corrected if needed so, while the Manga has to stand like it is with all its inconsitencies.

You know what the Manga said? Appereantly a regular fish who got fodderized by east blue Luffy was enough to bite of an arm of a Yonko, and an entire Yonko crew full of CoO users were completely out tricked by a mere smoke bomb LMAO.

All Databooks as they stand now have no mistakes and are fully reliable as they got written/supervised by none other than Oda. Oda even refered to them in a SBS as additional info for those who wanna know everything about One Piece. Oda himself basically confirmed it as canon - even though that was irrelevant cause Oda is offcially listed as the author of those books and at least supervised them.

That absolutely doesn't make Luffy on yonko level per se. He is just stalling a Kaido launching casual attacks. But he probably still features the time limitations problems, has to deal with Kaido's immense durability, other stats.
I mean last time Luffy was low diffed by Kaido, it's unlikely to think that a single power creep made him on his level, but we will soon gaze at how things stand.
