Does anyone else have problems using images from the Onepiece Fandom pages? Even following the steps it still shows a corrupted or blank image. but doing the same thing from Reddit seems to work fine?
I mainly use WG on mobile and the only way I can get wiki images is if they're in the list of images and I open image in a new tab without enlarging image by pressing on it.
Only other option is to download image, save it to a free hosting site and link from there.

Use this trick: duckduckgo as search engine, directly copy link from image results. Don't go to the actual source of the image (fandom). duckduckgo creates their own link for search results
For example if you want to search Fandom for images of volume 111, type "site:onepiece.fandom.com one piece vol 111" into duckduckgo.com

Posting the same picture after everything next to ".png" deleted:
The problem with this method is that the image posted on the XenForo forums shows up as a thumbnail instead of at its full resolution, and clicking the image to view it in full doesn't work either.

Why make it complicated when you can just download the pic, create a private Discord, post it there and then use the Discord Link?

+ sites like Imgur could be banned in different countries like the UK and then some people can’t even see the pic. So Discord is much better to use for linking purposes as it doesn’t link the images directly and everyone can see them.
Probably a security feature they implemented so random visitors can’t directly copy the link to the image they host and paste it somewhere else. What a pain 🙄
Testing something quick:
The Discord method seems to have worked, even on mobile. Basically, just save the image/webp from Fandom, upload it on a private server of your own, and then grab the link to the image that's just been uploaded.
