Forget it, only supernovas that count are law, Kid and Luffy. The supernovas were pushed by editors, never Oda’s own choice to make them. Oda had to design all SNs in a week bc that’s what his editors wanted
Compare this to Rob Lucci who is Oda’s own original creation who was the arc villain of an entire saga. Oda will give much more importance to Rob Lucci than any other SN bar the top 3. Not close.
Then it is said Who’s who have a prodigy level of rokushiki-skill acquiring comparable to Lucci, which doesn’t even take physicals into consideration. Who’s who physical status is much different to Lucci , as much back in the days WsW had a mission of protecting Luffy’s fruit (which might be Uranus, the fruit old geezers warned about) at that young a age Who’s Who was tasked with this great of a mission.
Guarding a legendary devil fruit > infiltrating Galley-La organisation which goes without saying, Who’s who has a completely different rank to Rob Lucci
Now, with all that said, name one argument as to why X Drake have anything on Who’s who. And don’t say anything about Supernovas , bc now Oda shows he doesn’t give crap about SNs, only his editors do. Izo > Apoo
