Oda always like to introduce groups like Shichibukai, Yonkos or the Supernovas, so I was thinking than it’s the time than he introduces the last group of pirates like the Eight Kings. And Why this group and this name? To explain that you should remember what Doflamingo said Tsuru, there are too many pirates for one throne. This pirates were the Supernovas, the Yonkos and the Shichibukais. And of those now are just 2 Supernovas (luffy and zoro), two Yonkos (Shanks and BB) and two Shichibukais (Buggy and Mihawk). That done 6 pirates but Luffy and Buggy are the captains of Zoro and Mihawk who are their right hands, so Been and Shiryu will be counted and that done 8 pirates for one throne so 8 Kings. Moreover, three of them (luffy, zoro and Shanks), they have Haoshoku haki, two of them should be have (mihawk and BB) and the last two should be also have.
And when will happen and why? And the answer is easy because it’s actually happening now. When this arc will be finished, luffy and zoro will defeat or stop Saturn and Kizaru, and for that they will be had a bounty of 4 y 3 billions, Shiryu will capture the hero of marine Garp, and his bounty will be between 3 billions, and finally Buggy will destroy Impel down (thanks to mihawk) and his bounty will be between 4 billions. So of this matter, the 4 captains will have a bounties between 4 Billions and his 4 right hands between 3 billions.
And finally, how will be the poster of the Eight Kings. Well it will be the 4 captains in the middle and their 4 rights hands surround them.
