It's already possible to use emojis in profile post. Mac and mobile have access to them by default. On windows, you need to maintain the windows and ; for the emoji window to appear

Is it just me or are we not supposed to see the emoji bar on in profile posts? Why not try adding the toolbar in regular posts into profiles as well? Make it possible to add images, change font etc.
