Also let's not forget that Gaara struggles with speed, while Kid is far from a speedster, he's easily keeping up with top tiers in OP which outclass the lower tiers of Naruto in terms of speed

Yeah, Gaara won’t one shot him but Gaara has a great means of damaging him for Naruto standards. One approved by Kidd himself. Tbh I can’t see Kidd ever winning, the only conversation is difficulty with how much trouble he gives Gaara.
