First basics Conclusion :

4,5 Arc is far too big.

Wano should end soon.
After, two Arcs and that's it.

We saw the last real fight for most of characters.

While Luffy and Zoro will probably have like 3 - 4 real fights until the end of the Mana, the Others Straw Hats can't count on more than 1 or 2 real fights.
The rest of the fights will be team fights or a few panels in a chapter.

I Expect a Movie Spin Off on Zoro fightings Swordman like Afro Samurai.

This is well trod ground by this point, but the end of One Piece likely isn’t on a hard deadline even with all the recent developments. There’s just too much that’s been set up, and it all needs to be resolved in a way that both entertains and justifies everything Oda’s created. He’s said something like this every couple of years; I’m sure he wants to wrap this up, but he also knows that millions of us will revolt if he just leaves dangling loose ends, so it’ll take as long as it takes.

Like, imagine if he ends the series without, say, resolving the Revolutionaries plot line or acknowledging the several top tiers who have yet to make a move/haven’t been seen in a literal decade...he wouldn’t be able to walk ten feet outside his house without dozens of people kicking his ass. Evidence suggests he’s smart enough to avoid that kind of outcome.

I think that Oda is tired. Really tired.

And I hope for Spin-Off and Movies to see important characters.

You haven’t been on this forum long enough to know that is possibly the biggest point of contention around here...I’m afraid the offpaneling will continue until morale improves.

If I counted right, 270 chapters huh ? ( Less those that we already got at Wano )

->I think that what still of Wano is like 25 chapters. Really short.
->A 50 chapters Elbaf with Shanks forced on it ( battle with Blackbeard ).
-> the final war can very well be NOT at Neo Marineford but at RoadStar or elsewhere
-> I totally forgot Vegapunk. A few panels of his lab could suffice. I imagine Vegapunk fleeing the World Government and protected by the Straw Hat or Kuzan.
-> Marie-Joie invasion can be 1 chapter by the Revolutionary Army.
I would be far more thrilled with a battle on a moon or on a new place in Redline against Gorosei / Imu
