Imo my favorite ones are the following
Tamago - Since he gave us a good rivalry. I also his devil fruit. A great kicker. Also was known to be involved in underworld brokering.
Honestly I liked his devil fruit and he gave us one of the better fights in Whole Cake.
Opera Brothers - These guys were pretty good in the anime
Amande - A master sword fighter who can cut down some armored and candy
Katakuri - A family man, jelly bean thrower, Straight fist fighting foe.
Also like that he uses a polearm instead of a sword
Compo, Laurin. Basskarte, Saint Marc, Mariner, Mozart and Amande other sisters- Like their designs
