Fujitora vs Garp
  • Garp is afraid of Admiral rank because he wouldn't be able to resist CD orders due to his weak will
    Meanwhile Fujitora still opposes CDs even with an Admiral rank
  • Garp never went against WG directly, just did nothing but complain about them impotently
    meanwhile Fujitora abolished Warlord system, embarassed WG in front of whole world by blaming them, helped Revolutionaries and rescued slaves right under their nose.

Garling:
"Anyone who protects scum is lower than the scum they protect"


meanwhile Garling is afraid to punish Fujitora who not only helped the revs and freed the slaves right under Garling's nose in his own home


Not only abolished the WG's warlord system
but also humiliated WG during worldwide broadcast, made them take the blame and apologized to those "scum" on their behalf




And what does Garling do to punish all of these Fujitora's actions? Nothing, because he's afraid of Fujitora.
He can only hunt chained up citizen slaves and execute fodder CDs.

People make excuses, but the idea that Garling ¨doesn´t care¨ about Fujitora, Fisher Tiger, Kuma and Doflamingo just doesn´t make sense.

Saint Sommers has confirmed how the Holy Knights take their own country being attacked seriously
It´s pretty obvious that this guy is a disgrace to the 20 kings who actually fought to take over the world and didn´t hide in their basement for 39 years

You're just making his point, none of GB, Akainu, Kizaru care about going against the CDs, Garp and Fuji both do, except Garp doesn't have the balls to actually do it with the rank of Admiral. Fuji opposed them in the holyland when he's supposed to be protecting their assets. Fujitora is proof Garp is a bitch.

It seems like you can't comprehend what "characterization" means. You can't compare other characters to Garp because they aren't the ones constantly saying that WG is bad unlike Garp, you illiterate. Their character is completely different.

Now name me things that makes Garp have one of the strongest wills. What has he done?

But anyway, doing whataboutism doesn´t really help Garp. Op has no shortage of cartoonishly evil villains who Garp is probably better then. That doesnt change the fact that he´s not really that good of a guy
