Well, that's true. 👍 They arent an emperor crew to begin with, they are different. But the world view them little different.

I just compare to other Emperor structure by mixing other Emperors structure into Emperor Buggy. This is to show that Cross Guild need at least 2 YC to match Emperor strength.
