First he gave us Riboku, the strongest general we've seen, then introduced Renpa giving him insane portrayal even for a GG maybe the most complete commander we have ever seen, then introduced RSJ and was like "guys by the way, this man was Renpa's equal".

And now with Shibashou, he has hyped this man for 200+ chapters, had him stop in his tracks a GG who had 4 times his troops, and decided to draw a giant breaking the floor with his foot.

We are gonna have to see Shibashou’s showing and the extent of his abilties, but until now Hara has shown a vehement respect for the Three Great Heavens lol. The Qin Six might have been the dragons feared throughout China but Hara sure as hell made it clear that Zhao's top guns are every inch as monstrous.

It wasn’t his vassals that needed to be hyped up at the time.

SBS debuted in mid January, 2017. We went nearly 7 years without a reveal of what he looked like, and we still don’t know much about him.

In any event, Hara could’ve had his cake and eaten it too because discussions of sending reinforcements to Kan Ki were only a thing to begin with because the Tai Gen Army had already been ambushed by that point.

In fact, it would’ve been even more hype even Kan Saro and Ji Aga weren’t even there when he stalled/held back the combined reinforcements of Ou Sen and YTW with a smaller force, with his top aid being someone in his personal army - maybe a Ten Bows member or something.

I’ve got faith this upcoming battle is going to be a great showing, but I don’t think we needed to wait this long.

At the very least, the face reveal took way too long and underwhelms. It’s not like One Piece where the way a character looks aesthetically can be indicative of their powers. This wait was unnecessary and far from worth it.

Only trouble I have with that is how match ups will go down. Possible Hara will want to pair up some vassals and subordinates like:
