Ribuku declares that he wants to live with the one he fights and always accompanies (Kaini). Panangi tells him, “Promise me that you will tell her that.” Ribuku replies to him that he will do that after the war ends... and Kaini hears everything.

Also major feckin death flag for old Reebok. Heck, this might actually be the last Zhao war at this rate.

Hopefully this could also be a moment of raising stocks for an old prediction of mine.

I doubt it. When Hara established Kaine and Ten's relationship and when Kaine came to have romantic feelings for Riboku, I started to think that what was roughly going to eventually happen is that Kaine will become pregnant with Riboku's child, Riboku will die (whenever that happens), Zhao will crumble and Kaine will seek protection from Ten/Shin in order to raise her and Riboku's child.

A sort of tragic, bittersweet ending for the Riboku/Kaine ship.

I just looked up the timeline on the Kingdom wiki. It has been 12 years since we first met Kaine at the the Battle of Bayou in 244 B.C. Even if we assumed a young age of 15/16 when we met her, she would be 27/28 now in 232 B.C.

Yeah, she is going to be closer to 30 than 20. Lol.

That ain't lame at all... it's a tragic love story because Riboku set up his death flag.

I'm also in an agreement with @Owl Ki that Kaine will end up pregnant with Riboku child but Ten will end up sparing her.

The defeat of the YTW Army will push Ou Sen to retreat before he has to deal with both RBK and SBS at the same time.

But, it is later revealed, Ou Sen knew something to be true when he observed the carnage as they retreated.

After declaring victory over the Qin and returning Hango to Zhao lands, Ri Boku only short while later on makes the difficult decision to consolidate troops further in land and retreats so far back to the capital region, Hango and its surrounding areas quickly fall into Qin hands shortly thereafter.

A Zhao victory. The greatest losses Qin have suffered. Yet also a Qin success.
