Pro-Israeli lobby doesn’t exist ? Or are you talking about a Jewish lobby ?
The jewish lobby. That's not only something that doesn't exist, but that's a dog whistle for very problematic ideologies.
It is not a rhetoric when two big political figures in Trump and Netanyahou mention and praise it.
Denying its existence and strength because you want to push that every minority is oppressed is the real rhetoric here.
Talk about a support of Israel if you want. Do not talk about Jewish lobby.
You’re delusional if you think Hezbollah truly cares about Palestinians
I don't know about that. Probably not.
He's been forcing Israel to slow down, notably with Rafah, and been pushing for negotiations since it started. He supports israel, as he should since it's the U.S.'s ally, but has obviously been moving for a peaceful resolution.
I don't think keeping sending weapons to genocide a population is the best way to push for negotiations. But hey, I'm not a geopolitical expert.
The problem is that humans are eternally vengeful and always look for reasons to attack others people and steal their territory.
It's a structural problem not a problem in our nature.
You push for peace but support your ally, it's common sense.
In this case, there is no push for peace, but the help in a genocide. This is not support, this is complicity no matter how slow he has been sending the weapons.
The only people who think he's Pro Israel are those who think the U.S. will stop supporting its close ally after it was attacked, like that is a reasonable course for any government to take.
That's indeed a reasonable course for any human government to take. I don't care how cynical you want geopolitic to be, at the end of the day, we are talking about human lives and if humans lives are not the reason to make geopolitical choices that can lead to war, then there are no reasons to make them.
Netanyahou and his fascists acolytes screwed up, they crossed the humanitarian line multiple times, there is no geopolitical reasons not to bring him down.
It's time to stop thinking that geopolitical cynicism is rational behavior in front of situations that can lead to wars. If we want to stop living in a society that think war is eternal, we must stop putting political interests on top of human lives.
If we are not capable of understanding that the interests of strangers are our own, we won't be able to find a way to coexist.
We are humans or we are not. Let's stop pretending.
It's in the interests of the entire humanity not to accept a genocide as a legitimate defense action.
