As the title says, use this thread as a thread for your predictions and theories. They can be about anything. Who's gonna fight who, which volund they will have, who is gonna win, the names of the valyrie, etc etc.


I'll start first.

My predictions:

1. Qin Shi Huang is gonna win his battle against Hades.

2. With Hades losing, Beelzebub will take over the reigns of Helheim.

3. Qin Shi's valkyrie is gonna be named Herfjötur





For the other predictions, I am quoting my post from Owl's thread

OK. So after reading this and doing some research, I found an interesting thing. All of the 7 names of the Valkyrie sisters introduced thus far are from one passage from the Grímnismál poem. And I believe the final 6 will be there too. First of all, 7 names is a bit too much of a coincidence, as well as the fact that in the very same passage only 13 names are brought up, aligning itself with the 13 Valkyrie sisters. Too much to be a coincidence imo.

We've already seen:
- Hrist
- Hildr who is Brunhilde
- Þrúðr
- Hlökk
- Göll
- Randgríðr who is Randgriz
- Reginleif


So that leaves us with the other 6:
- Mist
- Skeggjöld
- Skögul
- Herfjötur
- Geirölul
- Ráðgríðr




Now based on the meanings that @Owl Ki provided us with, I can make some pairings I guess.

- Mist - Cloud or Mist - partner Simo Hayha - ability: camouflage, masking the one who has it or making him sorta invisible, or altering the environment

- Skeggjöld - Axe-Age - partner Sakata Kintoki or Kintaro, this dude is the inspiration for Sentomaru from OP- ability: no idea thus far lmao

- Herfjötur - Host-fetter or fetter of the army - partner Qin Shi Huang - special ability Terracotta Army

- Geirölul - The one charging forth with a spear - partner King Leonidas - special ability ?

- Okita Souji and Hjörþrimul (The sword warrioress)
- Simo Häyhä and Þögn (Silence) or Hjalmþrimul (Helmet-clatterer)

• Qin will probably beat Hades, but I think their fight will be super long in order to compensate for Hades only being introduced 10 or so chapters ago.
• Loki will kill Souji, and hand him his first ever defeat. Being the god of trickery, I don't expect Loki to win fairly.
• Simo loses to Apollo.
• Tesla likely loses his match against Susanoo.
• Leonidas probably wins.
• Nostradamus/Rasputin anyway.
• Kintoki probably loses.
• Odin is the final boss, and will go up against Leonidas or Nostradamus.
• Brunhilde will be the volund of either Kintoki, Rasputin or Leonidas.
• Goll will be the volund of Souji, Tesla or Nostradamus.
• Brunhilde may die, so could Goll tbh.
• A god from Aztec or Celtic mythology will participate in the tournament, on the gods side of course.
• Something will happen to one of the valkyries before she gets to fight in a match, and she'll be unable to fight.
• Artemis will somehow participate in Apollo's match(possibly as a volund for Apollo? That might be too op tho).
• Ares will shit himself when Apollo appears.
• Susanoo and Apollo will get introduced together. Both have famous sisters(Artemis and Amaterasu), and are likely to win their matches imo.
• Thor and Brunhilde will have a conversation before the end of the series.
• Ra is dead, possibly killed by Zeus or Odin if the theory about a God Civil War is true.
• Anubis, Hades and Beelzebub share a relationship with each other.
• Beelzebub has a demonic transformation he'll use.
• Odin is the final boss, and he may kill Beelzebub right now. Doubt it tbh.
• We'll see Hermes in action, but I don't think he'll participate in the tournament.
• If Nostradamus isn't the final fighter, he'll die to a tough opponent like Adam(Adam was supposed to be a "free-win card", but sadly he got matched up against Zeus).
• Rasputin will be portrayed as a scumbag, worse than Jack probably.
• Kintoki will probably be lame af.
• Leonidas will be disappointed if he meets Ares.
• Out of the mainstay gods in the audience(Odin, Zeus, Hermes, Ares, Loki) the only one who will die is Odin.
• Loki will lose one of his eyes in his fight with Souji.
• Buddha and Loki may fight later in the series(not as part of the tournament obviously).
• Shiva won't do shit for the rest of the series.
• Zeus fighting again is possible(don't think it will happen).

- Qin Shi will defeat Hades,but it will be a very close call
- Nostradamus will face Odin in the last round
- Ares kills Odin from behind and will fight a weakend Nostradamus
- After killing Nostradamus, Ares will lay...äh fights Brunhilde in his chamber
- The rest of the humans and gods will fight Ares together and after a long fight they will defeat him. But most fighters of the gods and humans die in this battle,so they are forced to maintain peace or face extinction.
