As the title suggests if there is a character that you think has a bounty too high or too low give them a number you think they deserve based on their strength and threat

I start with veterans i think considering their age, position, power and also Pedro and Tamago's bounty Daifuku and Oven deserve more than 500 mil
Jinbe should get 500 mil as well

Luffy - 3.9Bil - While his strength barely changed since FI, the number of people he can summon and their quality justifies this number.
Zoro - strength only related bounty should be ~2Bil.
Jinbe - should be above a 1Bil based on his strength.
Robin - should be close to 1Bil based on both her knowledge and her combat abilities.
Franky - should be close to 1Bil based on his knowledge of blueprints of an ancient weapon as well as combat abilities.
Chopper - should finally get a proper bounty representing his strength(500mil+) and medical knowledge should change it to Only Alive.
Mihawk - strength only related bounty should be 3Bil+.
Doffy and Boa should be close to 2Bil considering the forces they command and their own strength.
Moriah, Kuma and Crocodile should be above 1Bil based on strength only.
Sabo should be around 2Bil+ based on strength only.
Weevil should be close to 2Bil based on strength only.
Blackbeard should be around 4Bil based on forces he commands and his own strength.
Shiryu should be 2Bil+ based on his own strength.

Kaido should have the greatest reward of general piracy, surpassing Roger and white beard, has a detail that oda left us, oden was a well-known pirate, sailed with Roger and white beard (receiving his first reward on the ship with white beard), kaido o defeated and the Navy did not know of this feat ...

4,611,100,000 + increase for defeating Oden
kaido reward = 5,611,100,000
Or even more than that, we are adding just 1 billion.

I believe that kaido would receive an increase of + 1 billion for defeating a man who knew the history of the world in one piece.

The bounty system was generally more consistent pre timeskip before Oda suddenly started not to care about these numbers reflecting true threat anymore.

Individual Strength, Influence and Forbidden Knowledge are the three things which impact the number. Based on that Teach's bounty seems like one of Oda's weird takes, not only unforgivably low for a supposed top tier who is the only D. among the emperors but also for a man who released the strongest, worst prisoners in the entire world to join his crew and indirectly manipulated Marines and Whitebeard to fight.

To even think a gap of 3 billions between two emperors (BB and WB) could exist is disastrous for Yonko portrayal and the criteria to become one. Teach's bounty should have been 3,800,000,000B - 4,000,000,000B. Whatever it is, shouldn't be far below Shanks.

Blackbeard did all those things with a zero bounty. Going from 0 to 2,247,600,000 beries in a 2 year span is unheard of. I don't see anything wrong with his bounty.

As for bounties I would change, Usopp would be under 100 million beries and Franky would be over it.

u tell me that a man of his power, who was a pirate for 40 years or so had a 0 bounty while literal fodders have few millions. either way it's unrealistic and badly wrote by oda if it's the case

Yonko right hand commander level fighting potential, haux df, kings disposition, underground ties and influence to affect seemingly the entire world, was actively helping supply artificial df's to boost a Yonko's military power, weapons manufacturing for various kingdoms, Knowledge of a WG/Celestial Secret that can apparently shake up the world etc. Honestly I coulda went 3 Billion but that seems to high

Luffy 3 Billion - Feats speak for themselves, he's clearly above right hand commander level rn imo so this bounty is more becoming fo him and his status to the world than his current one.

BlackBeard - 3.95 Billion - Still places him almost 1 billion above luffy but not into the 4's like the OG Yonko

Teach was an unknown most of his pirating years. He did not become a threat until he betrayed the WG. Nothing unrealistic about that.
