Obviously the best way is to land on the island he's already near & do whatever he's gonna do to the Captains face rather than look at a rogue subordinate

But Bartolomeo is the absolute worst person to go search for some easy pride from;

If it's just over the flag thing, Shanks is a bit of chicken & saves no face

If he's going to teach Bart a lesson, Bart's too provocative and'll be talking too much fanboy smack (might start peeing) for Shanks to feel accomplished
