I'm sure that Doflamingo and Im never talked. I was wondering about being a Kaido's order.

Doflamingo never said it takes immortality to use, he said he would have used the powers of the devil fruit... But my guess is that imortality is needed.
For me Im being imortal is 100% clear.

Oda said albasom saved moria. It's also implied by the manga when Doflamingo told the wg that he simply vanished.

Where Oda said that Absalom saved Moria? It was never implied in manga that WG ordered Doflamingo. Moriah asked if was Sengoku and Doflamingo just said higher, could have been Kong, Gorosei, Im or just Kaido why not? Dressrosa clearly implied how Doflamingo is more afraid of Kaido then WG.
Doflamingo panel is talking about Op OP no Mi powers not immortality alone. And he said to get? Get the treasure and use are different things. Maybe you just have to be immortal to use and not die, with Doflamingo's powers if he gets the treasure he could use marionette to die on his place to use it.

As I said makes no sense Gorosei wanting Moriah to be dead and Doflamingo failing to kill him. With Kaido makes much more sense specially because Moriah kind of disappeared after that. Kaido would never know that he was still alive, WG would know for sure.
