Were all the Graded Blades in One Piece forged either during or before Ryuma's age? In Thriller Bark, Ryuma himself refers to his Sword as one of the 21 "Great Grade" Blades. Meaning that the number of "Great Grade" blades have not changed since he was alive. Have there been any Graded Blades that were forged since his day?

We still don't know about Mihawk Blade being 21 or 50 or 12 , and then got turned to black and supreme raising the rank or was always there.
