I wouldn't say that he's stronger because when it comes to raw power Kefla is clearly above Hit but he's far more skilled, experienced and intelligent in battle than her and his time and space techniques allow him to keep up against stronger opponents.

Gotta give this one to Hit, although Kefla is insanely strong and could feasibly eke out an extreme diff win if she goes Legendary SSJ through Kale.
