ln your opinion during the timeskip did Zoro learn emission Haki before infusing it into his Blades or he straight up infused them
like he did in Alabasta somehow?..

Or Zoro just flow Haki into his Swords by simply holding them..

Also is imbuing Haki into a Blade the same process than internal destruction but without the destruction part?..

imbuing haki into the blade seems like precursor to internal destruction
it's a similar process to how they create invisible barriers.

as for your other question theres no way of knowing lol. I think if you have mastered ryou with your sword , you should be able to create those barriers like hyo anyway.
