Future Events How Elbaph can still be a Usopp arc

#1
I think Usopp can still redeem himself at Elbaph. These are two ways it can happen:

-Fighting Killingham. As Killingham is all about nightmares, and Usopp is the man of fear in the crew, him fighting Killingham would thematically fit

-Help somehow in making Dory and Brogy go back as they were. There must be some way to revert Domi Reversi. Maybe its connected to memories, maybe its connected to fighting spirit,or something else. Usopp can help them to find the key to go back as they were, and in this case,he would become Elbaph's hero

Are there other ways Usopp can redeem himself in Elbaph?

Ussop fighting spirit is ready now, I think he won't allow himself to be a coward in front of his heroes, his love for Elbaph is too strong for him to do nothing for them, so fighting the Kirin guy as you mentioned should make him awake his Haki. Afterwards he could also be key to reverse the domi reversi, but I think this feat will probably be Brook's

A lot of people are clowning Usopp but I don't think Oda's fully dropped the ball with him this arc yet

Now to preface this I have to mention that regardless of what Usopp gets in Elbaf none of it will justify him being irrelevant since Obama was last in office. He legit hasn't done much of anything in like 10 years

But I do think Oda can salvage it somewhat by having Usopp lead the charge against the MMA's and potentially Killingham himself. Right now the greatest threat to Elbaf excluding Imu is Killingham by a pretty wide margin

Each of his MMA's are capable of taking on multiple giants singlehandedly and based on Killingham's own words they respawn infinitely using the nation's nightmares as fuel. Usopp will be responsible for turning their despair into hope. It's hard to pinpoint exactly how he'll go about doing this so I have a few theories

1. He taps into his latent conqueror's haki which will allow him to damage Killingham and defeat him after a fairly long battle. I listed this first but funnily enough this is actually the least likely option strictly because Usopp is already incredibly inexperienced when it comes to utilizing haki and he'd have to jump through multiple hoops in order to use it masterfully enough to defeat a Holy Knight

2. Loki allows him to use Ragnir temporarily which he's able to wield because Ragnir considers him worthy. Not because of his size or strength but because he embodies what it means to be a true warrior of Elbaf (signifying the completion of his dream). Now this hinges entirely on whether Ragnir has special powers from the fruit that was "fed" to him that allows him to alter his size/shape

3. This is the most likely option. It's been implied that there may be other wonky and unique ways to remove the Holy Knights from play even if they're immortal. Goldberg said something about eating them to stop them and Usopp just so happens to have a Venus Flytrap pop green

Usopp has tons of connections to Noland and one of Noland's greatest accomplishments is being dubbed a Hero/Legend by an entire race. Is this not the perfect avenue for Usopp to do the same thing with the race that he respects the most?

Usopp's biggest fear is an even weaker version than himself.
Perfect matchup for him.

I don't think Usopp should defeat Killingham. Recently, more people have started speculating that he will, but it feels a bit forced. It comes across as the fans just wanting Usopp to do something, rather than him earning a solo victory against an opponent multiple tiers stronger.

Instead, I envision Usopp stealing Killingham's horn after Zoro defeats him. Then, 'God' Usopp could command an army of MMAs or Sleeptids against Imu. This could be a part of the final push to drive Imu back to Mary Geoise.

My previous posts on this topic:
Usopp, Zoro, Kaku, and Killingham all share associations with giraffes.

In JP, "giraffe" & "kirin" are interchangeably used, as キリン refers to both. For example, Kaku was referred to as Kirin Ningen in the JP RAW and Giraffe Man in VIZ's translation. Since Zoro has already defeated Kaku, it makes sense for him to also defeat Killingham, the mythical Zoan-user counterpart.

Zoro's first meeting with Kaku was played as a gag where he mistook Kaku for Usopp. Later, Zoro wielded Usopp as a blade to temporarily fight Kaku (and Jabra). I don't think Usopp will fight alongside Zoro against Killingham, but I do believe he will steal Killingham's horn, which is likely inspired by the Norse mythological Gjallarhorn. With the horn, "God" Usopp could command an army of MMAS or Sleeptids against Imu and the Holy Knights.

I also believe the Huntsmen Village of Elbaph could offer a potential path of growth for Usopp. He has been associated with archery through various cover pages and color spreads.
To be clear, I'm not saying Usopp vs. Killingham, but rather Zoro vs. Killingham while Usopp steals the horn that Killingham uses to control the MMAS/Sleeptids.

"God" Usopp could then use these creatures to fight alongside "Sun God" Luffy against Imu.
