How many characters? My bet is only sasuke because of his Rinnegan ability, Naruto because of sage mode and kaguya, well she was god.
Thats about it.
Dont include Boruto characters.

Don’t think Juubito makes the cut considering BSM and Senjutsu EMS Sasuke could eventually tag him in their fight.
