Viz sound like the correct version and ends up being right in all the conflicting debates between translations,but with shitty dialogue ,while generally the dialogue is better at TCB but they do the occasional mistranslation here and there.


Considering what Sentomaru says after this panel Viz once again is the correct one,plus the den den mushi doesn't do a ringing sound while also having that electric visual around it to show something is wrong with it. That is my interpretation of the den den mushi panel.
