Except it is not based on only that.

We know even before Fat dildo vs Lebrent, Fat dildo was not focused on Fodder bird. He was more focused on Hyogoro and Lebrent.

Also after the 30 minutes, Damaji took over to fight Fat dildo...minutes unknown.

And then we learn from the Daddy Spoiler mafia please than Fodder bird is Currently too tired.

It goes to show that it was predominantly caused by Ling since he was the one who mostly fought Fodder bird.

However, this doesn't mean Ling > Fodder bird because they didn't have a full fledged 1 v 1 but it does mean so far Ling and Fodder bird are the same level signifying their yc1 status.
