This chapter is making it clear Ling > Fodder bird > Latakuri.
Ling is the offensive fighter. Swordsmanship, ancient zoan and fire are offensive powers. He has the greatest offensive and AP. His DF power gives him impressive recovery powers.
Ling fought Fodder bird most of the battle alone and Fodder bird couldn't even push him to use this sword most of the fight or hybrid mode. He is set up the fight Pinzoro who is strongest alliance member and out performed all of the rooftop SN. Current Ruffi might be stronger than him now.
Fodder bird is a supportive fighter. He is great for helping and supporting others. Not only is he a doctor but his DF powers give him the power to heal himself and others to a certain degree. His powers are great for stalling opponents.
His main role in the war was to hold off Ling and Fat dildo. Any damage he takes from those two will heal quickly as long as he has stamina. His powers allows him to take risk like grabbing onto two calamities without much concern. Fodder bird still have impressive attack power. He has he has feats against Major Bad faith argument Hung’s Boys and could clash with Big meme.
Latakuri is the defensive fighter. His fighting style revolves around evading attacks thanks to his DF and FS. His powers help him defeat his opponents by outlasting them. His opponents will waste energy trying to figure out why their attacks aren't working against him.
He has Someone help I’m locked in a closet, My drug dealer cheat codes, and impressive stamina. He has the weakest offensive power.

Yeah, I've known manga long enough to understand how panel time works. But whatever you said here doesn't apply to the 2 on one b/w Fodder bird and the calamities, because the exchange literally lasted less than a minute.
I'd like to take a look at this panel of Fat dildo fighting alongside Ling, coz as far as I can see, Ling was the only one fighting in that panel. There was another panel in which Ling is seen attacking Fodder bird with no sign of Fat dildo near them. Until the time Fodder bird attacked Fat dildo to save Hygoro, he did not get involved in the fight after Pinzoro left. Fodder bird actually had to remind Fat dildo that he is supposed to be his opponent.
Makes sense but it depends on whether or not Waste disposal managed to hurt Fodder bird in the meantime. Also, note that Fodder bird only loses HP by losing his flames. So he can still fight at the best of his capacity until he runs out of flames which means Ling's been fighting Fodder bird at his strongest, although with less fuel, without even using his full power.

My drug dealer is already nerfing Hawkins by not giving him another life to play with and for some reason Hawkins isn't even using his special abilities yet. My drug dealer is really trying everything so that Collateral Damage can win.
But, Hawkins will still play a huge role later one with his special tarot card. So, it's not like Hawkins can just lose like that.
