BM can buff her soul weapons, like letting Prometheus eat explosion, or take Zeus high up in the cloud to power up.
I think this is what BM means by enough "Soul Weapon", her main 3 should be her strongest weapon, not the random homies she makes like Randolph, they don't matter much.

Seriously, who gives a fuck? BM is a sitting duck in front of Kid/Law. Law's DF is worth more than the Big Bitch's bounty.

Someone like Katakuri would actually make Law struggle a lot more than Big Mom who is just a walking target.

if big mom have her own version of "Shadow Asgard" then she is very very powerful.
but big mom soul power can only work when she personally swallow souls right? like she does with her children in beggining of WCI so even though lost of ppl die in raid big mom cannot harvest their souls right? n more she dispersed her souls more weakened she become ...

It's more like she needed her main souls to fight the Supernova 5 and fighting Marco posed a risk of losing them since she almost lost Prometheus.

Not only is Big Mom at her strongest, but she got a power up before her fight with Kidd and Law.

While Marco may have defeated both Zeus and Prom, we actually saw both Zeus and Prom recovering and returning to full health here which can be seen in the spoiler tag below:


Then Big Mom got a powerup once Hera replaced Zeus, she is now capable of performing combo attacks with all three homies for the first time in her life.

So not only is Big Mom at 100% strength now, but she actually got a powerup.
