Powers & Abilities Is 'Rokuogun' a form of advanced CoA?

#1
Rokuogun is Lucci's strongest attack, used 3 times against Luffy in Enies Lobby

The trivia describes it the following way:

"One of the most advanced applications of Busoshoku Haki is very similar to Rokuogan in practice. It involves the user infusing their own Haki within an opponent or object's body, destroying them from the inside through a close-ranged shockwave. Just like Rokuogan, this specific technique is quite rare and difficult to master"

What do you think?
Did Lucci posses a raw version of advanced CoA pre-TS?

Possibly Pseudo- Advanced haki.
Since it was revealed that all the CP9 had CoA during Enies Lobby.
Rokuogan could be a forced version of Advanced haki through extreme training and pushing their bodies to their limits since it could only be done by master all the other forms of Rukushiki.

Lucci needed to get close and Luffy was able to dodge it in the second try until he caught Luffy with his tail.

Its probably similar to his flying shigan and ranyaku techniques. Its some kind of a kinetic energy, like those flying attacks but advance version.

Lucci said only people who truly mastered 6 style can use it. I don't see what's the relation with Geppou and advance CoA. And he needed to take a certain position like two fists closed and close each other, and it doesn't cover his fists like an invisible shield. Its more like kinetic energy building up inside and concentrating to unleash it by focusing through his closed fist, it doesn't look like spiritual power like Haki. More like a high level martial art technique only.

While advance CoA can be used in any position and can be used defensively as well not only while attacking. And its more like a shield covering up your arm and body.

I think Luffy would remember Lucci's rokuagan as well not only Rayleigh's and Sentomaru's when he tried to learn advance CoA. While he said Lucci's technique was like Reject dial from sky island.
