What other scenes/fights in the manga were Nature Releases so relevant? Only thing I can think of is whenever Water Release is used to neutralize Fire Release but not actually beat it. And besides that, everyone seems to think that Water Style users would have a good time against Gaara, and Lightning Style users would have a good time against Suigetsu but that's not really supported by the graph.
Killer Bee, big time Lightning Release user, was losing to Kisame, big time Water Release user, so there's no source supporting that. Killer Bee also did not use Lightning Release against Suigetsu save for cutting through his sword.
I also cannot recall a Fire Release Jutsu "beating" a Wind Release and I can't even imagine how it would. If Kakuzu coated himself in fire would he have survived the Rasenshuriken?
Was Kakuzu a victim of Kishimoto's writing?
