Powers & Abilities Is this internal coa ?

Zoro used Black rope dragon twister in wano and elbaf but its different

1)wano chapter 1003 against kaido

Advanced CoA emission

We can say it’s advanced Haki because you need advanced Armament Haki to injure Kaido, but it’s not internal Haki since Kaido was actually cut and internal Haki with a sword doesn’t cause physical cutting.

2) Elbaf chapter 1127 against cat

advanced coa ???

You can see Zoro’s sword is coated in black, indicating he’s using Haki (Armament Haki). But there’s a problem: Zoro doesn’t actually cut the cat, even though the Black Rope Dragon Twister is supposed to be a slashing attack. Did Zoro use internal Haki here?

I wouldn't overthink that. Sanji didn't burned the cat. Luffy didn't threw him far away. So it makes sense for Zoro to not cut. Editors probably told Oda that the arc was too boring so he had to do something to look cool. At least for the anime...
