Character Discussion Is Usopp Yonko level with Seastone or Haki Bullets?

Nah not even lol. Giving him seastone or haki isn’t making him jump numerous tiers. Ussop’s always utilized gimmicks and skill to be a competent fighter rather than raw power, I don’t think he surpasses Yassop in that regard by EoS. Though more gimmicks, techniques and improvement over his newfound observation haki will give him enough to hang with them at times.
God Usopp is Buggy + level which means PK + level.
Actual Usopp should decidedly be searching for new ways to augment his power asset, like empowering his haki, learning new attacks that don't mostly revolver around plants, fundamentally. He has potential and will defeat a beast like Van Auger one day.

He never train his body to be a CQC combatant, so even vet level could beat him easily in a CQC combat, let alone top tiers like yonko.
Just because he has seastone bullet, doesn't mean he could make himself escalates into top tiers.
