Is V confirmed stronger than Arie hon and Eduan Khun?

--In the recent chapter (Season 3 - Chapter 213) , the younger versions of FHs like Gustang/traumerei mentioned V or Zahard so that they can complete an unknown hard challenge.

--They did not mention other FH like arie hon or Khun. While arie hon has accepted zahard's superiority , it is usually agreed he is strongest among FH along side Eduan.

--So does this chapter concludes that V is stronger than the duo?

I think it kinda does, Eduan even said V was more suited to be King than Zahard, so at the very least he's in the top strongest with Z, Hon , Khun

I'd imagine V was at least on par with the top 3 Family Heads, so probably ranked 5th just below Urek. Khun Eduan also said he'd choose him to become The King so that's says something to his power.
So somewhere around Khun but not sure if above

I think V should be around Zahard's level though should be above Arie Hon.

Yirang also said to contact V a bit later. It would seem him and Zahard are the strongest, yes. At the very least in that point of time (it likely just stayed like that for as long as V was alive though).

Honestly i have no reason to believe that post floor 134 V was not still the strongest alongside Zahard nor have we plausible reasons to believe that Family Heads and Zahard got significantly stronger since then. Like seriously through what fights and experiences were they supposed to? Gustang vs Traumerei is a unprecedented calamity in the Zahard ruled tower and theres no above floor 135 ancient beings or Admin(s) to force them to grow further for thousands of years since the access to upper tower got closed.

I mean this was heavily implied for a while now. The fact that V and Arlene were able to face off against the rest of the GWs pretty much indicated so. The recent chapter pretty much confirms V’s more or less on par with Zahard.
