#142: Grow Up Watching Onii-chan’s Back.

Choso: I’m the eldest of a 10siblings.
Naoya: I was asking your CT and your toughness. Naoya thinking: He's adapting. I see, Flowing Red Scale. He’s concentrating his CT to to his extraocular muscles to increase his dynamic visual acuity. However, "Dab". Blood coming out of Choso's right rib. Naoya: "Unfortunately, I just need to counter attack your movement."

Naoya dangles his dagger.
Choso: "Looks like you hate your relationship with your siblings."
Naoya: "Yeah, I hate it."
Choso: "Don't you think that you're what you are now because of your siblings?"
Naoya: "What? Gross. What a turn-off!" Choso: "If the onii-chan makes a mistake, the otouto can just avoid it. If the onii-chan is in the right path, the otouto can just follow."
Choso still attacked Naoya even though the blood pulsed out of his wound.

Choso used his cursed energy to compensate the blood loss (due to his special constitution). Naoya thinking: "Damn. I lost him due to the blood blocking my sight. Looks like he want to attack me from a hidden place (Trojan attack). He already lost a lot of blood. Should be in a critical condition. Is he between the pillars?"

Choso attacked Naoya with Piercing blood. Naoya thinking: "My leg is heavy. Must stop the bleeding using some cloth."
Choso: "You realized now that you're checkmate". Naoya: "Not sure about it". Naoya thinking: "My CT is tracing the movement by 24fps."

Choso is stand still while posing the Piercing Blood. Naoya thinking: "Damn, why didn't he come to attack me?" Naoya thrusted in.
Choso released his original CT, Supernova, which he had developed and polished for 150 years. Choso: "Sorry, but I cannnot understand your feelings to not loving your siblings." Choso's Supernova hit Naoya. Okkotsu came from behind.

Choso was about to look back but was hit by Okkotsu and lost his consciousness.
Okkotsu: "It looks like you're suffering, Naoya-san." /End

About the Title
The title of this chapter is お兄ちゃんの背中 which if directly translated will become “Onii-chan’s Back”. However, in Japanese, this phrase is usually used in a context like “Children grow up watching their parents (back)”. Judging from Choso’s convo with Naoya, I believe the title can be translated as “Otouto grow up watching Onii-chan (back)”. I believe this chapter is a build up for Choso.
