Chances are no one aside of Yuta himself during the the Tokyo Goodwill Event before Yuuji, Megumi and Nobara became first years. Witnessed his full power.

It's like 90% confirmed that his CT has something to do with scaling/gambling.

He is probably ass in the early fight but progresses thru mid-fight and reaches his peak when the fight is long as fuck or something.

There is also a possibility his CT has a very long time of casting.

I can totally see Culling game starting and for the majority of the game Hakari will be casting his CT around the game area.
