Its not Enma PTSD doing most of work opening the scar as we saw in this chapter that will open the scar nor scabbards doing the majority of the work it's all Zoro. No more excuses.

Are you asking in general or to apply it to One Piece?
No did not know it, just knew the difference between normal skin and scar tissue is the alignment of the collagen fibers, normal skin is like a net of fibers over and over each other, whereas scar tissue is a rapid response to skin being open, so the fibers are aligned all in the same direction, which makes them easier to cut.

We can't say anything yet about his full regeneration skills, we can postulate that he won't be able to heal himself anymore soon enough however. And that is because he is no Marco or at least should not be and at the same time Marco himself wasn't invincible.

He respects Oden, and seeing people using the same type of haki as him, and or him appearing through channeled will would make him surprised/shocked and question it.

It is natural.

Heck this very chapter he recalled the people that can fight him, with Oden being one of them and what did he do? He smiled.
