Nothing works on Lunarians as long as they are in Flame Mode.

In reality, He’s never healed from Organ destruction. Nor been implied capable of it.... Something Like GK enough to one shot Ling. If place correctly(hits heart/brain/lungs), “Marco” the only 1 stopping that. Doffy use to be able to, but the attacks vastly more powerful now.

We don't even understand how King causes the explosions, if they're outside his body and he's protecting himself with CoA like Zoro did to block it then he's not taking any damage at all, least of all internal damage.
