Qin 6 tier for Man’U? Nah. As a warrior sure but not as a general I don’t think.
I think he is

I view him as a slightly better Gaimou

less rash and less Β« stupid Β»

only thing against him is his death wish/emptyness

but even with that he is a monster

During Juuko arc he was fighting weirdly and was still smacking people left and right

For me he is a little bit higher than other FD

And without emptiness he will be even better

The mother of all my Kingdom tier lists.

I gave up ranking the characters individually when I got down to the low Heavenly King tier. Lol

Not a bad list but I think the likes of Shuma, Naki, Akakin etc. could better be placed in a 'special commander' tier. Powerful but fairly small units that could greatly influence a battle, this is something that has been exemplified in many cases where these special units could be dispatched by a general, e.g. the Shuma clan launching an assault on Kouchou/Riboku's hq or Denrimi's commanders fighting Kan Saro. They are however not the equivalent of generals but would fall more along the lines of what Ouhon described as a 1K unit.

I just don't see someone like Taigo or Naki being on the same level as a general.

What is going on in this tier? The more I look at it, the more insane it seem to me.

Also, why do you hate Kyoukai?

lol. My rationality for that tier is as follows:

Choukatsu: lead an army of 400k, but got one shot by Ouki? So he’s clearly GG level in some way but not that high on the list.
Choutou: Obviously a GG
Gakujou: A GG but got mid diffed by Renpa so arguably not that great of one.
Hakukisai: He was technically the Wei commander in chief during Sanyou, and he was a vassal of Gokei so he’s got to be pretty good right?
Hanoki: Named the Head of State military for the state of Ai
Wategi: Proximity to Hanoki, and he rose to the top of a mountain society on strength alone
Ten: Has defeated numerous general caliber strategists, but still gets clocked by Heavenly Kings IE Gyou’Un
Kyuugen: See Hakukisai
Kisui: Said to be Great General level by Riboku (paraphrased)
Maron: Was Kanki’s official strategist and showed great strategic knowledge at KokuYou and during other battles. Wasn’t quite sure where to put him
Mougou: Obviously a GG
Mouki: he shouldn’t be far behind Mouten, he’s an official 6GG strategist who has come into his own in recent years, I think that’s a fair spot to put him.

Great idea. I really have trouble ranking them for the reasons you said. Small elite units but with potential to greatly influence a battle. Kitari is similar, didn’t really know where to rank her.

Gakujou was still considered 2nd most famed general in all of Zhao at the time aka he had to have some legit achievements under his belt for that to happen. He was basically Kochou before Kochou. Didn't Renpa also said that he satisfied him 60% compared to 6GG? You think he would say something like this about fodders like Hakukisai or Kyuugen?

Hakukisai: He was technically the Wei commander in chief during Sanyou, and he was a vassal of Gokei so he’s got to be pretty good right?
He literally was said to be mediocre commander and Renpa's puppet. The only reason he got the position in the first place was his popularity. He was so unimportant that Kanki capturing his HQ was offscreen.

Hanoki: Named the Head of State military for the state of Ai
Yeah, because he was a traitor and a scumbag, not because he was a skilled commander. I don't remember anything impressive from this guy.

Kyuugen: See Hakukisai
What do you mean? Kyuugen was never CiC of anything and being Gokei's vassal doesn't automatically make you GG level.

Kisui: Said to be Great General level by Riboku (paraphrased)
Yeah, he deserves to be at least one tier higher. His morale boosts are legit GG-level, he won a battle with 1:5 disadvantage in numbers, made Koku'ou shit herself by just showing up, called a prodigy on more then one ocasion etc. I have to make a separate thread about Kisui, because people sleep on him way too much.

Maron: Was Kanki’s official strategist and showed great strategic knowledge at KokuYou and during other battles. Wasn’t quite sure where to put him
Definitely not above Kyoukai, thats for sure.

Mouki: he shouldn’t be far behind Mouten, he’s an official 6GG strategist who has come into his own in recent years, I think that’s a fair spot to put him..
The gap in experience between him and guys like Mougou and Choutou is way too big. He participated in battle like ... two times in his life?

Fair point. Kyuugen was actually quite badass in his own way but Hakukisai looked like he was constantly about to pass out in Renpa’s presence lol. Which doesn’t bode well for Kyuugen.

Fair enough. I may have been too harsh on Gakujou. Or maybe too generous with Hakukisai and Kyuugen.

Not super relevant with Mouki. Ten had never fought in a battle either, yet by her very first battle she was already convincingly beating a general class strategist.

Mougou crawled so Mouki and Mouten could fly. Their inexperience does not matter with regard to their talent. At such a young age, they are already debatably more talented than Mougou himself was at his peak. The only thing Mougou had on current Mouten was weight and experience. And I think Mouki is similar to Mouten, he is a young prodigy far, far ahead of where Mougou was at that age.

I don’t think Moubu would accept a run of the mill strategist as his strategist. Even if it was his own son. He’d sooner pick a good strategist than give his son a rank he hasn’t earned imo. And Mouki was Shouheikun’s second best student, that’s got to count for something. I don’t see Mouki losing to even experienced general tier strategists. I think he can strategically go blow for blow with GGs.

New gen are too low, they should be in the same tier as Keisha, because they're in fact, the Keishas of Qin, the closest guys to getting a Qin 6 level and all that.

The levels for Heavenly Kings and Base Great General should be swapped since none of the Heavenly Kings have the rank of Great General (and only their leader, Renpa has that rank).

Otherwise, tier list looks fine. The ones who are physically strong may/may not move up a couple of spots as their presence alone drastically affects how a battle plays out

Untrue. Kyou En was a great general and head of state military for a small state before he served Renpa.

Genpou was also said to be able to be the head of state for all of Zhao’s military. Literally he was capable of being ranked above Great General.

Gyou’Un had also defeated β€œseveral” Great Generals.

The Heavenly Kings are all on the level of actual Great Generals.

Forgive me, 3GH candidate Kesha…

Kisui is a truly excellent General, if he didn’t devote his life to Rigan he would be a Great General as stated by Riboku.

Kisui’s subordinates Batei and formerly Ryuutou are just excellent. Ryuutou strategically played Karyo Ten like a fiddle and survived an assassination attempt from Kyoukai. Batei of the Battleaxe Bros utterly scrubified post Gaimou Shin 1v1 and fought equally with Shiryou who made Jiaga her bitch. These are Kisui’s subordinate commanders.

By comparison, Keisha’s subordinates are a middle-aged obese Kinmou who’s greatest feat on the battlefield is convincing Kisui to throw the battle of Rigan. Keisha’s other subordinate Gakuei got one shot by a slightly stronger Shin than the one Batei scrubified.

That right there just shows you the difference between Keisha and Kisui.

In terms of their abilities as generals, Keisha got trolled by Kanki while Kisui usurped him as the true Zhao MVP during Kouyou Hills. Literal canonical proof that the only reason Keisha was a 3GH candidate was because Kisui was smacking Rigan thots all day and night. Keisha spends his free time sitting underneath trees contemplating life, Kisui spends his free time Lording over the prestigious Zhao city of Rigan and pleasuring its women.

It’s just a no contest at this point. Quite frankly it’s only due to respect for Keisha defeating Riboku in simulation that I haven’t ranked Batei above Keisha given how enormously impressive the Chad Batei actually is. And again, Batei is literally Kisui’s employee.
