None of them makes sense:
- Fukurokuju disappeared, it doesn't make any sense to show that unless he is the one doing something with Orochi. There is still a slight chance Kaido killing Orochi was a play for reasons (e.g. he was terrified by the scabbards so he might have faked his death making Kanjuro draw a puppet) and Fukurokuju, aware of this, is just going to Orochi to be his bodyguard. Btw Fukurokuju looked really suprised when Orochi was killed so idk how much this would work
- King should be guarding the sky, i mean he can still be entertained by a girl or do whatever that comedic scene requires while the flying gifters patrols it but it would be at the very least really weird. At least we had some hints of his perverted side but Orochi isn't outdone
- Who's Who would be completely random
- Black Maria would make sense if she wasn't playing for the courtesans

Orochi is the most probable between them imo

In that scenario Kaido and Orochi would be in agreement. Kaido killed a copy of Orochi so that the scabbards and any other enemy would not look for him. Meanwhile Orochi hid himself with one or many courtesans somewhere inside the castle waiting for the end of the war.
