I think both set of commanders are a bit alike

an average martial oriented general Gaku Ei and Ryuu Fu
And an average jack of all trade général Kin Mou and Kohakukou

obviously GKHK is not in here

I don't believe Ryuufu is a general, or at least he's odds on to be a weaker general than Kinmou/Gakuei.
