Upgrades I still see this arc:
Luffy
- Able to use G4 + better refined ACoC together
- Possibly a new G4 form centered around ACoC
Zoro
- Forge Enma into a black blade
- Conscious use of ACoC
Sanji
- Use DJ with the RS
- Stronger flames (possibly lineage factor related)
Ussop
- Will get something but I just don’t know what it is
Franky
- New upgrades
- Hopefully CoA or Seastone fist
Robin
- Hopefully some form of haki
Brook
- Hopefully some form of haki
Chopper (if he does any more fighting)
- Hopefully CoA

You don't understand what Ryou is. Luffy never used Ryou. He is using Adv Armament which is internal damage. Is much odd combine Adv Armament with Adv CoC since Adv Armament attacks internally but Adv CoC doesn't allow physical contact.
Zoro most likely already used Ashura with Adv CoC. I hope he uses a new move not that bullshit from Enies Lobby/Sabaody. I hate Ashura, Oda should have dropped that shit.

During the udon, luffy just tried to learn how to use ryou. First stage , he used ryou as a advanced coa, and then he realized that kaido using with coc, and then he added coc coating. I guess you don't understand what ryou is.
Even though zoro don't know hot to use coc right now, thanks to enma , his attack made advanced coc attack.

I don't get why Franky should get Sea Stones fist.. While at it, give him fist made of Poneglyphs if there's another stonemason like Oden around or he left the Knowledge in his journal..
I think seastones weapons are more suited for people like Hawkins and Usopp by shooting projectiles..

- Conciously control or awaken his CoC

- Tap in Wado Ichimonji's powers
- Master Enma
- Elemental powers of some sort
I don't think Zoro will turn one of his blade black this arc..

- Awaken his modified genes power
- Advanced CoO( not future sight)

i think he not only used full body hardening but as well basic Advanced CoA
He has more secret Ougi techniques and he i believe he will utilise a version of Seimei Kikan, perhaps not in Wano, eventually..

- A new version of Coup de Vent similar to Kuma's Ursus shock
- CoA
- Something related to electricity, an Overload mode, i don't know
- New body transformation
Robin
- Giant version of herself
- Mastery of her devil fruit( not awakening close)
Brook

Maybe his soul can take real form similar to Hawkins Straw man's card, the thing that was chasing Zoro and Luffy.. Another wild speculation is you could see his devil fruit abilities as an imitation of CoC, he's affecting other people's spirit, so maybe Brook can imitate a version of Advanced CoC by coating his Soul over his Skeleton, like an armor..
