It should improve. The stronger you are, the stronger is your COC. Luffy should've improved substantially due to awakening, which in turn should result in his CoC improving to an equal proportion.

No, it didnt, not for now at least until proven otherwise.

Gaining a new form, in this case Awakening/G5 doesnt improve your Conqueror Haki. Because that would mean that in G2 his Conqueror Haki is stronger than in Base, in G3 stronger than in G2, in G4 stronger than previous forms... Which does not happen.

And his Haki reaching the Live Floor is irrelevant. His CoC fodder control already had a range of several kms like we saw in Gyojin Island.

You're not listening or reading what I said. If you payed attemtion to the manga, Rayleigh has stated conqueros haki grows stronger, when the user t improve themselvses, so by Awakening his devil fruit, Luffy permanently improved his CoC.

His CoC got stronger, when he unlocked FS, then again when he unlocked Armament Haki, then he unlocked coating but could not split the sky as shown im chapter 1011.

Then it gor stronger in chapter 1026. Then it got even stronger when he Awakened.

It has been progessively gettimg stronger this whole Arc.

Starting Dressrosa, Luffy an Doflamingo had to physically touch to get do damage with their CoC.

Them Luffy fought Katakuri, unlocked FS. This is where thet did not have to physically touch each other to do damage with their coc.

Then Luffy could use CoC unconcious at the start of this arc as it had bloomed from the Katakuri fight.

You are the one not reading.
Gaining a new form doesnt his Base form improved, it's simply another form. It does not affect his foundation. So why will he improve his CoC?
There is no explicit statement for now, now any kind of feat which seems like more impressive. You did the thread basically because his Conqueror Haki reached the floor, but he had already that kind of range from before.

Rayleigh said that COC Haki gets stronger a person own PERSONAL GROWTH. Read chapter 597.

Why you keep repeating like a broken clock? Yes, I know what Rayleigh said and I read your comments, unlike you who still keep insisting on your point without wanting to read what the other part is saying.

But like I explaining, gaining a new form doesnt improve his Base form, his foundation. We dont have examples of him using Conqueror Haki before and after adquiring G2, or G3, or G4 where it shows how it improved. Those are new "personal growth" experiences as well, but we dont know if he improved his Conqueror at those moments. Neither we have an explicit statement for now. Neither we have a direct feat to know if it improved.

Wano Arc
Then Luffy Strenghtnening his base form using seastone training, Unlocking Advanced Armament Haki ( bith barrier and internal destruvtion haki), grew his COC.

Then he fully unlocked COC coating in 1010 and could not split the sky when he clashed with Kaido it yet shown in chapter 1011.

Then he lost to Kaido and his CoC grew even even stronger when he returned to fight shown in chapter 1026, shown by him splitting the sky when he clashed with Kaido.

Between chapter 1013 when Luffy lost and returned 1026 it grew stronger.

Since he could not split the sky with it in the first fight with kaido(clash without sky split chapter 1011).

Then he could split the sky with kaido after returning in chapter 1025( sky split clash chapter 1026)

It only got stronger once, between his 2nd loss in this arc and after he was rescued from the sea. Like you explained because before he couldnt split the sky and after that he could. And it might be because he was new with it, or simply because author wanted and ignored logic. Because he was neither faster, or stronger physically, or more durable, or have some new insight about FS, or CoA. His AdCoC got stronger for no reasons. Nothing explained. He did not really had any kind of explicit growth here.

And yes, between each arc the main cast get stronger, like during all the manga. So yes, he improved his Base, his foundation, therefore his Conqueror's Haki (him doing it uncounsciously doesnt necessarily mean he improved his lvl, he only got a new way of use it).

But here we are talking if he improved his Conqueror Haki between chapter 1042 and chapter 1044 and there's no proof of that. A new form is not, not for now for the reasons I explained.

There is proof that it got stronger in chapter 1044, His CoC haki streak is huge, the range of his CoC haki improved. He is giviing off CoC haki like crazy now, causing Kaido to be worried.

Luffy was giving off COC just by existing in this chapter.

As you guys can tell, Luffy Conquerors Haki got stronger. Rayleigh did say that the more a person improves, the stronger their CoC becomes.

So Luffy got a two fold power up in chapter 1044
People who say Luffy is carried by his devil fruit are hypocrites.
The df power and awakening are one thing but Haki comes from Luffy's own spirit.
It was well illustrated in this chapter, when everyone sensed Luffy's insane CoC as he returned from the dead.
I think without high level CoC one can't even awaken the Nika fruit.
