Pretty much I think nami, sanji, and usopp might’ve accidentally got shitface drunk and somehow all separated
Assuming that’s all more or less the case I think those pairings make the most sense just due to the fact of how common they are
Luffy with nami and zoro with sanji is pretty obvious but chopper with usopp are paired up a lot more than I realized. Alabasta, thriller bark, fishman island, beginning of onigashima, some of the one piece films, and probably more I’m missing
I don’t think luffy or chopper waking up nami or usopp will be that deep but zoro waking up sanji potentially could. Due to all his weird germa genes. Zoro killing sanji could turn into a lil gag before nami or someone knocks them out of it lol. With it being a kinda whiskey peak call back with zoro vs luffy
But yeah doubt Luffy or chopper are going to get that violent lol
On top of that assuming they all drank a similar amount sanji, usopp, and luffy should no way be awake before nami. Tho luffy along with chopper probably didn’t drink since they don’t really like it

Besides luffy and chopper who don’t drink zoro is probably okay too unless he underestimated the fairy drink. I could be wrong but I don’t think we’ve ever seen zoro deadass shitfaced
