it's about the full moon that makes the minks go sulong
i believe that oda made some kind of mistake regarding the timeline
facts:
-a full moon is an incident that happens only one time a month
-levely lasts for 7 days
since the night of the straw hat's escaped WCI until the raid on onigashima there's only been 18 days
Let's begin:
1- the night that the straw hats escaped from WCI, there was a full moon, and carrot and pekomes turned into sulong
2- in the morning of the next day, the news about what happened in WCI spread around the world, we learned that there's only 2 days left until levely starts
3- 2 days later, the news about the beginning of the levely are out, at the same time the straw hats arrived at wano country
this day wass also O-tama's birth day, all that stuff that happened in okobori town and kuri, and luffy meeting with the rest, and kin'emon telling them about oden's story and also the time of the raid which is in 2 weeks
4- after luffy fought against kaido he was sent to udon and stayed there for few days, until the start of act 2, in that chapter blackbeard was revealed, and he said to moria that 4 days has past since the revery started
5- later in chapter "big news" where the news about sabo came out, it was revealed that a week has past since the levely ended
in the night of the same day the raid on onigashima has begun, and it was a full moon night, where all the minks transformed into sulong on the rooftop

conclusion: only 18 days has past since the last full moon, so did oda forgot about it? or is one piece world works by different rules?
i believe this detail has been overlooked by oda, the guy is rushing the story and he couldn't care less about this plot point, he thought that the readers will only focus on the fight.
