I'll give it to Misaka, she was able to fight Brunhild who is a Saint and one of the most powerful people on the planet in to aru. And this was before she got the anti art attachment (which was designed to kill gods mind you).

I don’t know Misaka just checked her vs battle profile, but Giganto is a beast, the guy is likely near AM/AFO. You need to be mad strong to put him down.
