I actually agree with this. I was thinking "How does the news spread?" and quite frankly, there are only two ways. The Paw Paw Fruit in conjunction with Punk Records, OR Morgans. The fact that Morgans has been highlighted and his role has yet to be completed this arc, I would assume that he's going to spread the news.

This also enables a potential reunion between Vivi and SHs, something Luffy eluded to way back when.

Morgans is of course the Chief Editor of the most important Media in the world. But he doesn't need to be there physically. Stussy, the Queen of the Pleasure District, and fellow Underworld Boss can leak the story. We already know from WCI she knows Morgans personally.
