How would Naruto fight Sasuke without kyuubi?
Sage mode isn't enough to keep up with all Sasuke's powers -> one Perfect Susanoo slash and it's over. Even simple Amaterasu can do the job without the Kyuubi's chakra cloak as a shield for Naruto's body.
You really need shittons of plot armor to be of any threat against a perfect susanoo.
Not to forget that Sasuke burns Naruto away in an instant with amaterasu. Remember he required fox chakra to get rid of it.
Not to forget Sasuke's huge ass lightning attack he can spam from the sky at any time.
Naruto has large amounts of chakra but he always still needed kyuubi chakra on top of it. That due to his tremendous chakra consumption with clones, rasengan and rasenshuriken.
Sage chakra? He'd be out of clones that collect sage chakra before he beats Sasuke. And Sasuke would be able to hold his own until that happens.
Last but not least, Naruto is only immune to Genjutsu because of the kyuubi. Sasuke may not have tsukiyomi but he's a very talented Genjutsu user with a perma MS.
