And let's not forget that King Elizabello would have one shotted Golem Pica with his King's Punch.

Queen >>>>>>>>>>>>> 1 million Pica at once.
Let's see...
Elizabello can OHKO a Yonko with his King Punch and Zoro can overpower a Yonko with couple dozens broken bones
Queen however need an ambush to capture a Yonko
Elizabello/Zoro > Pica > Queen

The point is the shock wave the punch against pica's rubble was partially charged if in not wrong.. A full power is supposed to destroy a fortress.. And encompassing everything in its way i don't see pecan staying alive.
But Pica would crush the meek king before he can get a good charge for one of his punches. It'd take a hour to fully load a single King Punch, and would take another hour to use the ability again even if it wasn't fully charged up. He's not going to get close enough to land the attack right on the golem. Even if he somehow launches the attack Pica would of already dipped out before the attack even lands on the golem. Pica moves extremely fast through stone.

Exactly, its practically impossible to beat Pica if he sees it coming

By simply being in one of the large pieces of rubble we can see in the panel? Which is why Zoro told him to hold his load and to not use it yet since Pica will simply assimilate into the ground again once the piece he's hiding in hits the ground. It's not like the punch pulverized the stone golem or something.
Zoro stated that Elizabello to preserve his King Punch to clean up the trash. And it have enough power to send the rubble flying and Pica can't escape that quickly.

That punch did not destroy the rubbles, only send them flying. While Pica couldn't have escaped that quickly, the effectiveness of the punch would have been greatly reduced by the sheer size of the target. Not to mention there was always the chance that the giant stone body would have protected Pica from most if not all of the force behind the punch.

Also, King's Punch had its work cut out for it thanks to Zoro destroying the stone golem to pieces before it clears the stones away.
