Like I said, it's the sexual desire involved that matters. If there are chars havin an erection in front of a female body they're attracted to then the female char's pretty much treated like a sexual object. Nobody ever showed any sign of lust in front of Franky or Luffy.

True but we all remember chopper having a memory making him capable of reciting the specific book and page number where certain medical conditions and treatments were written back on drum island right? Chopped had that entire library memorized word for word page by page, honestly that is one of the most impressive intellectual feats in all of one piece before we met vegapunk who has a df to help him have that kind of memory.
Basic common sense type stuff. Chopper is a reindeer who grew up pretty much completely isolated other than the 2 doctors he trained under. He was completely ignorant of all aspects of humanity other than medicine when he joined the crew. Chopper is easily the 2nd smartest strawhat behind robin if not the smartest.

That's exactly what I've said. I've specifically mentioned intelligence several times in this post. While chopper may not have been as smart in the general sense when he joined the crew with what seems to me to be a much higher iq than Nami its not hard to believe that he is currently smarter than her in the general sense of the word although some human concepts are still somewhat foreign to him I haven't seen anything to suggest that Nami is in any way smarter than chopper.
Being "knowledgeable" is not the same as being smart or being generally competent.
Chopper is knowledgeable and competent in his specific area of expertise in medicine. Outside of that though, Chopper's overall intelligence is hampered by negative traits like his childishness, naivety, gullibility and general life inexperience. Outside of medicine, Chopper acts pretty stupid.
The ability to regurgitate information on a particular subject does not inherently make somebody intelligent. I personally know a university graduated physics teacher that lacks the common sense and competency to read instruction manuals before fiddling with machines. The man screwed up the inner workings of an oil boiler by refusing to look up it's manual on the internet. No amount of "I have a University degree in physics" is going change the fact that what he does on a regular basis is stupid.
So yeah, I would consider both Nami and Robin above Chopper in overall intelligence since neither has the flaws of Chopper. Nami is generally far more cunning, competent and clever.

I agree with a lot of that, I've worked with several people who were able to pass certain test to receive the qualifications to do a job yet were incapable of retaining that knowledge or didn't actually learn it in the first place but rather cheated or memorized enough to get by then data dumped the information as soon as they passed the test. However I don't put chopper in that category.
I also don't see choppers childish personality or lack of life experience as character traits that take away from his intelligence or competence. And while I would agree that Nami is more cunning as deception is one of her original skills but I wouldn't say she is more clever.

I think what ppl failed to understand abt the MADS/Vegapunk clones argument's that those groups are defined by their intellect. That justifies their role in the story. The argument was never that female chars in general are dumb, or at least that's not how I perceived it. Ofc there's a lot of smart women and I don't think female chars' intelligence in general's a problem in OP.
