Feel good arc, all the strawhats reunited not really much room for error in this one.

Fake strawhat bit is funny but Chopper falling for it is a lil meh……

One of the most heartwarming scenes exchanging blood between Jimbei and Luffy and Luffy asking Jimbei to join the crew.
Overall the arc has Aged a lot better after the Oden Flashback and the journey he went through and the information they've found out on Fishman Island.

Lack of crew interaction, Of all the arcs to have strawhat interactions this arc should have been filled with them...... 0 Talk about where each of them were sent by Kuma pre timeskip aside from a background conversation with Luffy and Zoro that happens OFFSCREEN...... may remind ITS BEEN 2 YEARS since the crew have seen each other. REALLY ODA?? BIG missed opportunity..........

Easily could’ve been a much shorter arc given the large gap in power between the Antagonist and Protagonist. 46 Chapters OF SETUP is unacceptable, think about this for a second...... Marineford and Impel Down combine for about 56 chapters..........only 10 chapters longer then Punk Hazard THATS INSANE........and that’s why Punk Hazzard is The WORST ARC POST TIMESKIP. at 4/10

Raizo is Safe moment feels Meh knowing Raizo in the grand scheme of things isn't that important of a scabbard, The Minks Loyalty is still nice to see tho.
Compared to other arcs it falls at a 7.5 in the grand scheme of One Piece Arcs which is pretty good.

The Fire Tank Crew as a whole turned out to be one of the more likable Supernova Crews in the series.

Despite all this it still manages to get a 7/10 mainly due to the Peaks, this arc had more potential then any arc has ever had, it easily becomes a 8.5 maybe even 9 without fake tension /fake death and better pacing even with that horrible ending.

Arc has the structure of the 2008-2010 era of One Piece. The Sabaody, Impel Down and Marineford Arcs , Back when Oda started implementing large cast of characters into arcs with very good execution. That version of Oda makes a return in this arc. Despite the ending feeling a bit dragged It is the best paced arc of Post Timeskip. THE REVEAL OF VEGAPUNK!!!!, Best World building in the series, extraordinary flashback from Kuma, and beautiful characterization of Bonney with a Tiny little bit of God Valley Flashback in there.
Great Action sequences in Law Vs Blackbeard and Garp Vs Kuzan, One of the most iconic Low Diffs in the series with Shanks Vs Kid. A couple hype clashes with Sanji blocking and putting shock on Kizaru and Zoro clashing with Nusjuro and recognizing each others Blades.
Characterization of Garp and Kuzan, and Character Development from Koby. Reveal of The Gorosei and their abilities.
A Very redeeming ending with the Vegapunks and their plan against York.
EMOTION FROM KIZARU AND A BEAUTIFUL EXCHANGE OF WORDS WITH AKAINU

Power inconsistencies, this is more so a pacing thing , if Lucci Vs Zoro is gonna end that abruptly there was no need to drag it out like it was going to get a dedicated chapter of fighting. Also some of the Gorosei turned into punching and were unrealistically stalled by weaker Strawhats. (cough cough Saturn)
